Ease Symptoms of Toxic & Traumatic Stress & Improve Health
Studies show that expressive writing can improve wound healing, sleep and immune function for six weeks to six months. Expressive writing can decrease sick days and doctor visits too. But not all writing has the same health impacts. Learn what expressive writing is (and isn’t) and how to benefit from this affordable and effective tool.
Expressive writing eases symptoms of trauma but can also be incredibly fun. Some of us feel most alive and more deeply connected with ourselves and others when writing and sharing real life stories. I know I use it both to break creative blocks and to ease symptoms of post-traumatic stress.
